Order Processing
All orders are usually prepared within 24 hours after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours will begin processing on the next working day.
During high demand periods, processing times may vary slightly, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our shipping partners for delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination.
• Australia: Free shipping on orders $150 AUD and over
• International Orders: Flat rate shipping of $10 AUD
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Timeframes
After shipment, delivery typically takes between 10–30 business days, depending on location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.
Please note:
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed but represent typical transit times
• External factors such as weather conditions, customs inspection, or courier delays may affect delivery speed
• Most customers receive their orders within the expected delivery window
Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear while the courier system registers the shipment.
If tracking information is not immediately visible, please allow time for system updates.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Redvexa is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to correct your shipping information, please contact support before your order is processed.
Address changes may not be possible once shipment preparation has begun.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please allow a few additional business days before contacting support.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package:
• Check with neighbours or building reception
• Confirm the shipping address used
• Allow 24 hours in case of late courier update

Holiday & Peak Period Shipping
During holiday seasons or high-order volume periods, courier services may experience delays outside our control.
Orders are still processed within normal preparation time, but delivery schedules may be affected.
